Katie S is our Queen of ZOOM, she teaches Power Conditioning and HIIT with so much energy and enthusiasm.

                                    Our fantastic trainer Rachel teaches our Stretch classes. She has a wealth of teaching experience and is qualified in Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Functional training and Pre and Post natal clients.  She will ensure you feel more flexible and relaxed.
