Join us for 6 weeks of Stretch!

Each week Rachel will teach an hours stretch class to complement your regular exercise routine. This class will reduce stress and muscular tension and loosen joints. It will improve posture and overall functional performance.

Suitable for pre and post natal clients, we will make adjustments to moves where necessary.

The classes will be held in the warmth of The Skylark Cafe, our only ‘inside’ class!

TIME 7.30pm – 8.30pm

                                          Our fantastic trainer Rachel will be teaching our 6 week Stretch course. She has a wealth of teaching experience and is qualified in Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Functional training and Pre and Post natal clients.  She will ensure you finish this course feeling more flexible and relaxed.
