Fitness classes for women on Wandsworth Common

Simply Outdoor Fit was set up by Katie Wright to give women the opportunity to exercise outside within a like minded group.

We encourage women to train together regardless of their ability or experience, whether you’re a complete beginner, a new mum, pregnant, twenty, sixty, or super fit, you will still get a fantastic workout with us.

Our workouts are designed to push those who want to be pushed to the max and support those who want to take it at their own level.

All our classes are taught by inspirational trainers who are passionate about women’s fitness, understand the female body and love what they do!

Our aim is to empower women, whatever their age, ability, size or shape to improve their health, happiness and well being with effective training whilst enjoying what you are doing.

As well as getting fit, you’ll love the group of supportive and friendly clients.

OUR CLASSES


We provide a variety of 45 and 60 minute workouts that are designed specifically for women by experienced female trainers. All classes are suitable for all levels, abilities, sizes and shapes with options given for everyone. If you’re new or post injury or baby, we’ll encourage you to start with the easier options and if you’re more advanced, we’ll be pushing you out of your comfort zone.

CLASSIC CLASS

A top to toe mix of cardio, toning and strengthening exercises, which will ensure your body is fully worked every session.

 POWER CONDITIONING

Aimed at targeting your entire body using a variety of low impact yet very powerful condition methods.

 HIIT

45 minutes of intense timed exercises. This class will really improve your cardio and burn fat.

 STRENGTH FIT

A circuits class with a constant flow of body and weight bearing exercise interspersed with short cardio bursts. 

 CARDIO PILATES

30 minutes of cardio exercise to increase your heart rate followed by 30 minutes of pilates moves to improve flexibility and tone.

OUR TRAINING TEAM



KATIE W initially retrained as a personal trainer and group class instructor after the birth of her first child. Working in fitness, being outside and training our lovely clients is her perfect job. Katie will push you in her classes to get the best out of your session.  She will encourage you to work hard and increase your fitness levels whilst toning up from top to bottom. You’ll be motivated to do as much as you can and keep each other going.


KATIE S is our head trainer with a wealth of experience and huge passion for fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing. Her classes are always challenging, but her friendly and encouraging attitude will get you through and leave you wanting more! Katie runs our hugely successful Power Conditioning, here she works every muscle to achieve a lean, toned and strong body. These sessions are always full, even when it is cold and raining!


RACHEL B
 is our friendly and fabulous Aussie and is popular with our clients for her great classes and lovely personality. Rachel has a specific focus and skills in female training, she is Post natal qualified as well as in Yoga and holds an Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training. Rachel always has lots of alternatives for our clients who are injured, pregnant, or returning to exercise.


CAMILLA believes that fitness is about setting up your quality of life, she has a calm and encouraging manner and gets the most out of her clients in every session. She runs our brilliant Strength Fit class every Tuesday morning which focuses on specific muscles groups, improving strength and posture with bursts of cardio.

JO is a very experienced trainer, and with 17 marathons under her belt, she is the one to ask for running advice. Jo also loves pilates and teaches our very popular cardio pilates session on a Friday morning throughout the summer, in the colder months she’ll stick to a more cardio based class to keep your warm. Well known and loved by our clients, her classes will get your heart rate up and tone up your arms, legs and waist.
