Meet the trainers


On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, Rachel will train you from top to bottom. She’ll use HIIT, bands and boxing moves as well as body weighted and cardio exercises. Rachel makes classes fun, whilst focusing on working hard and technique. She will ensure you will leave the bootcamp feeling a more focused and fitter you!

On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Katie will treat you to her amazing Power Conditioning workouts. These are so popular and really make the difference to your body. Even the smallest muscles are worked, making you stronger and leaner. Katie will push you to your limits and ensure you get the most out of your workout.
