A former ‘Fit for a Princess’ trainer, Katie is setting up ‘Simply Outdoor Fit’ to offer a range of challenging and fun classes in the fresh air, designed specifically for women. Katie will be joined by four fabulous and experienced instructors: Katie Skrine, Jo Flury, Camilla Lister and Rachel Berns.
